I’m a huge fan of beer. I’ve had beer drunk the last three weeks. We did a beer tasting at the local Publcko Restaurant in downtown Atlanta. It was the perfect beer for me.
Alejandro has a few great tips on how to make a good beer. First, drink it in a restaurant where the chef’s serving the dish. Second, try it in a restaurant where the beer is pretty new. Third, try it in a restaurant where the chef’s not an expert on beer. Also, he mentions that it is not uncommon for chefs to go out of their way to make the beer taste better than it does in someone’s kitchen.
Alejandro also mentions that a beer needs to drink in a dark place. This is important because you want the beer to be as smooth as possible. When it comes to beer, I think we should all let the experts on the craft beer scene do the judging.
I’m not a fan of drinking beer while writing this blog, but I’m a fan of letting the people who do make the beer do the judging. I do think that if you’re going to have a beer in a restaurant, it might as well be a solid beer that you really enjoy. I drink this type of beer all the time, and I’m sure that the beer is at least as good as the beer that I’m drinking.
How does it feel to be in a place like this? You know what I’m talking about, the place we’re on, how much we love it, how much we love it, how much we enjoy it.

Casona loves to go to craft beer events, he has been a part of the San Diego Brewers Guild for 8 years and the San Diego Craft Brewers Guild for 1 year. He also owns 4 bars on the west side of San Diego.

When talking with Casona about his new game, he said: “I’m just going to be making an ale. It’s not going to be a recipe I’m going to hand out to people”. This is an interesting statement since the game is set in San Fran (the same city where he started his homebrewing business), but he also points out the game is made by a group of guys who are working in the same space.
