I’ve been dreaming about living in a ballard house for several years now. I have never been able to afford to buy a house, but I have always dreamed about living in one. It is also the most affordable house I have ever owned, since the ballard house is actually an old-fashioned house with a barn-like foundation. The price is very reasonable and I am very excited about my new home.
The reason I have a hard time buying an old house is because my neighbors have been very insistent that I pay for a new home and they think I’ll buy it when I’m ready. The reality is that if you only get your home to its full potential, that’s a very expensive process.
