Of course, that’s not the only reason to want to sell Spanish homes. Lots of them are in need of major maintenance and repairs. Most of these homes are in poor condition. If you want to sell your Spanish home, you may want to ask your realtor for a little help. However, as with everything in real estate, you have to be realistic.
