The Russian guy is a good example of a guy who is so relaxed and comfortable in his own skin that he doesn’t need to think about the world around him. He will live his life by his own standards so he is able to be more confident and comfortable in his own skin. You will notice that he is very very relaxed and has a lot of confidence that he has never had before.
