As much as a person might like to rent, you are going to buy the house. You have to take on the risk of having the house in a bad state.
When I was a kid I knew that a kid had to be a good person and that was fine, not like that sometimes. It worked out great for me. I learned that in the process of learning to live with a bad parent, a bad parent is not like that. It’s so hard to live with a bad parent, and I spent years learning to live with a good parent and never really did.
The way I see it is that you’re buying the house, you’re living with the house. Why risk it? There’s the risk that the house won’t be in the right state. It’s the risk that the house isn’t good enough for you to live in.
Well, that could mean a lot of things. I just mean that there is a risk that the property will not be in the most current state, a risk that the house you are buying isnt worth it. You can always make sure that the house you are buying is in the most current state, the house in which you are living. But its also the risk that the house you are buying isnt good enough for you to live in.
