This is a recipe I first created more than 20 years ago for a party I hosted. I don’t know how old this recipe is, but I believe it is from the late 1970s. I have no idea when it was created or how I came to have it. It is probably better than it ever was though, because I have since enjoyed eating it for a week.
This is a recipe that I made all the time back when I was in college. I would make it each time I went to get something from campus that I was supposed to return to campus, or when I would go to visit my parents. It always turned out fine. The best part is that it is a healthy recipe that is also good for you. I have also made it for Christmas and it turned out fine too.

The good news is that we could be drinking better water and less alcohol if we had a better knowledge of the two substances and how they interact with each other. But what we really need to do is get out of the bedroom and into the kitchen and start making your own products. Then we could drink better water and avoid drinking all that alcohol.

I see this a lot with the term “green tea.” We are talking about a plant that is grown in China and only discovered here about a century and a half ago. It tastes like cotton candy and is made from the leaves of the plant.
It has a strong flavor that is reminiscent of what we could call the green tea of the Orient. Its not a tea, but more of an extract. What is important is that we should take it for what it is and not confuse it with a more desirable substance. And if you really want to drink it, this could be the time to do it.
